Excerpts of the CHAIRMAN'S REPORT

The chairman of the Nevada Committee for Full Statehood is working on acquiring a 12' x 48' billboard on I-80 at milemarker 245. It is accessible by exiting at the Argenta interchange. The location is about midway between Battle Mountain and Carlin. The billboard structure is sound but the face needs to be cleaned up. I have contacted Young Sign Co. to find out how much it will cost to put the postcard of CJ Ross targeting Kenny Greenwell on vinyl and install it on the board. I will be very careful to make sure the copyright by Jeanne Voigts is on the picture.

A meeting was called for the NCFS on Nov. 20 at 11:00AM. We brainstormed this billboard project to come up with a two or three word slogan. Something people can take in while travelling 80 mph past the site.

We also need to raise money to pay the expenses. Donations will be accepted at Nevada Foundation for Full Statehood.
